Difference between wall and floor mounted door stops

The difference between a wall mounted and floor mounted door stop is extremely simple? That's in the name. A floor-mounted door stop is secured to the floor. These are often very strong door stoppers that do not break off easily. In addition, a floor-mounted door stop can absorb hard impacts caused by wind and other strong opening doors.

Striking or minimalist door stoppers

At door fittings we have a variety of different door stoppers. Aprile's door stoppers are more focused on design, while Dulimex's floor-mounted door stoppers are more suitable for schools and institutions where a door often slams.

Scratch-resistant door stopper

Although all door stoppers are extremely scratch-resistant, there is a difference in the type of coating. Door stoppers with a PVD coating have a chemically bonded lacquer that is extremely hard and is therefore more wear-resistant than normally lacquered door stoppers.
