Description

Axa Closing hook 3303 for window closure 3309, 3308 and 3302 for solid closure. This closing hook can be used for both left and right opening windows. Thanks to this metal plate you can safely open your window inwards without having to worry about it being blown open. Please note that when installing window latches on a door for extra security or to prevent the door from warping, you should mount the window latches on the door with the handle facing up ('upside down'). This prevents a pet or small child from accidentally closing the window lock when you are outside and the door is closed, making it impossible to open your door from the outside.

The delivery service

We ship all our orders via Groenbezorgen, or bicycle couriers. This means that all orders are collected from us by bicycle and, where possible, also delivered on that bicycle. Please note, if your place of residence does not fall within the Groenbezorgen region, they will outsource the transport to DHL.

Returns

If necessary, you can always return your order.

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt - this is longer than the legal period of 14 days! You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs (note, only when the entire order is returned). Only the costs for returning from your home to Doorbeslag Expert are at your own expense (€6.95).

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Doorbeslag Expert with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. In addition, clearly state your order number and your details, so that we can process it easily and quickly. If this information is missing, the process may be delayed and if certain information is missing, we cannot process a return order. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of the products, provided that the product has already been returned in good condition. The amount will usually be returned to your account within three working days (these three days may therefore be in addition to the 14 days).
