This SKG*** approved DX Slide Bearing Hinge is wear-resistant, silent, maintenance-free and has a large load capacity. Thanks to its thief's claw, this hinge is burglar-resistant and SKG*** approved. Because this hinge is made of stainless steel*, it also has high corrosion resistance and is therefore also suitable for use in humid environments. The sliding bearing hinge owes its name to the nylon sliding bearings on which the hinge leaves rotate. Thanks to the sliding bearings, modern heavy front and rear doors can now be hung with fewer hinges. To illustrate: for a door weighing 100 kg, only 2 slide bearing hinges are needed compared to 4 ball bearing hinges.
