The RBM 1300 window latch with cylinder lock SKG*® is an excellent solution as a main lock for windows and as additional security on front and rear doors. When closing for the night, it is not an unnecessary luxury to additionally lock the front and back doors and close the windows properly. This way, robbers and burglars don't get a chance. A window tree offers an easy and stylish solution.

Technical information
The handle is easy to operate/grip because there is sufficient space between the handle and the main box. The handle is beveled at the top. In addition to the trendy design, this is also functional, because when opening the dx window frame with cylinder lock, the handle cannot touch the frame. The ridge makes it possible to put the window or door in the ventilation position. In the closed position, the cylinder provides additional locking of the window bar. It prevents the window frame from being opened from outside using the so-called 'fishing rod method'. In addition, it is also a child-safe solution. The window handle is difficult for a child to open and thus accidents are prevented.

The window bar in combination with the enclosed closing bowl SKG has been tested according to the testing methods of the SKG testing institute. The window frame has withstood a standard burglary attempt with standard tools (crowbar or screwdriver) of 3 minutes. The window tree from the RBM 1300 series is therefore included on the PKVW product list with the SKG*® quality mark. The window frames are made of the strong material Zamac and available with epoxy coatings white or anthracite and the finishes stainless steel or F1 Aluminum. The material choices guarantee color fastness and problem-free installation.

Application advice
A window tree is easy to assemble and can be installed from a frame width of 41 mm. For narrower frame widths of at least 30 mm, the Dulimex DX Window Tree with Cylinder Lock with a filler plate can be used (RBM OPS). In addition, the window bar can also be used for inward-swinging applications by using the associated locking hook.

NB! When using the closing hook for inward opening windows and doors, the SKG quality mark expires.
