Dynaplus® fitting screws have been developed with a specific focus on attaching window and door fittings. What makes these screws special is their excellent combination of strength and flexibility. This ensures that the risk of the screw head breaking off during insertion is minimized. In addition, the screw has a compact head without milling ribs, so that the zinc layer of the fitting or hinge is not damaged during screwing.

These screws are available in two sizes: the 4.0×40 fitting screws have a head diameter of Ø 7.0 mm and fit perfectly into the screw holes of turn-tilt fittings and striker plates. They are particularly popular in the carpentry industry. The 4.5×40 fitting screws have a head diameter of Ø 8.0 mm and fit exactly into the screw holes of door hinges. Their thicker diameter makes them ideal for solving problems when replacing hinges in old screw holes. In addition, the lower head shape of the hardware screw provides a nice, flat finish in the screw holes of the hardware.

The special cross-section drill point pre-drills efficiently and prevents wood splitting, resulting in a high pull-out value of the screw. These fittings screws are certified with the SKH-98-08 quality mark for burglar-resistant facade carpentry and are approved for use in security fittings according to the Police Quality Mark for Safe Living.

For situations where white or black coated hardware is used, hardware screws are also available with a white or black head. This provides extra flexibility when matching the screw head with the hardware of your choice.
