At Doorgeslag-expert we always use a minimum order amount to receive free shipping. Below you will find more information per country.

The delivery service

We ship all our orders via Groenbezorgen, or bicycle couriers. This means that all orders are collected from us by bicycle and, where possible, also delivered on that bicycle. Please note, if your place of residence does not fall within the Groenbezorgen region, they will outsource the transport to DHL.

Returns 

If necessary, you can always return your order.

You have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt - this is longer than the legal period of 14 days! You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs (note, only when the entire order is returned). Only the costs for returning from your home to Doorbeslag Expert are at your own expense (€6.95).

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Doorbeslag Expert with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. In addition, clearly state your order number and your details, so that we can process it easily and quickly. If this information is missing, the process may be delayed and if certain information is missing, we cannot process a return order. To exercise this right, you must register your return by completing the form below:

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of the products, provided that the product has already been returned in good condition. The amount will usually be returned to your account within three working days (these three days may therefore be in addition to the 14 days).
