Return period

return your order within 30 days If you return the full order, you will be reimbursed the full order amount including the costs for shipping to the customer. It is also possible to return only part of the order.

Please note: the costs for returns from your address to Deurbeslag Expert are € 5.25 and are for your own account.

Conditions for returning

If you use the right of withdrawal, make sure that:

  • The product is complete with all supplied accessories.
  • The product is in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible).
    • Please note: if this is not the case and the batter is damaged, we cannot refund any money.
  • Products to be sent well packaged and sent in a filled box.
  • You clearly state your order number and personal information at the return shipment.
  • Product damaged? Please contact us before returning.

To make the return of products as simple as possible, we did our best at Deurbeslag expert to describe the steps as clearly as possible. If you follow these steps carefully, nothing can go wrong!

Step 1: Package return

Please pack the items that you want to return carefully and place them in a box that is well filled.

Add the packing slip or a note with the order number in the box.

Close the box well so that it cannot open at the transport service.

Step 2: Register return

register your return via the button at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: The processing

After receiving the return we will check it and if all the conditions for credit. You will receive a confirmation of this by e -mail. After this confirmation it can take up to 3 working days before the amount is back in your account.

NB; Refresons are always made to the account that has been paid.

Exchange product

It is not possible to exchange an article online. You can only exchange in our showroom in Volkel

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

Please note: for some products there is no right to return within the statutory trial period of 14 days.

Custom products or products with a clear personal character are excluded from the return right. This is also clearly indicated on the product page with relevant products.
